Following the opening of its new counters in Marnach, the SNCA is extending its opening hours on this site in order to increase the possibilities of welcoming customers.
SNCA employees welcome customers to the new Marnach site every day of the week from Monday to Friday from 7.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. without interruption.
In addition, from 2 March 2020, counters will remain open every Wednesday from 4.30 p.m. to 7 p.m. and every Saturday morning from 7.30 a.m. to 12 noon for customers who have made an appointment in advance for vehicle registration.
Likewise, the Sandweiler and Esch-sur-Alzette sites are open every Wednesday respectively Thursday from 4.30 p.m. to 7 p.m., as well as every Saturday morning from 7.30 a.m. to 12 noon for customers who have made an appointment in advance for vehicle registration and approval.
All other procedures such as deregistering a vehicle, issuing a duplicate, putting it back into circulation, applying for a driving licence, retrieving a driving licence, changing the address on the registration certificate, etc., can also be carried out at any time with or without an appointment.
