Vehicle built for the European market
- The vehicle has a European Certificate of Conformity (CoC):
° No technical documents are required.
- The vehicle does not have a European Certificate of Conformity:
° A verification of the technical data based on the file will be carried out by the SNCA during registration.
° If data are missing or incomplete, a technical report provided by an approved technical service will be required.
Vehicle not built for the European market and without a European type approval (and/or has a national type approval)
- The vehicle was previously registered in another EU member state:
° If all technical data are documented (in foreign registration certificates or technical reports), the SNCA can proceed with registration.
° If the technical data are not documented or are incomplete, it will be necessary to visit an approved technical service so that a technical report on the vehicle can be prepared. Once your vehicle is verified as compliant with the legal framework by the SNCA, registration procedures can be initiated.
- The vehicle has never been registered in another EU member state:
