TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO FILE COMPLIANCE AND NON-REFUNDABILITY OF SERVICE FEES / CONSULAR FEES
It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure, prior to submitting their application/request, that they meet all the required conditions and that their file is complete, accurate, and accompanied by all the supporting documents necessary for the processing of their request.
Once the application has been submitted to the SNCA, the service fees / consular fees are definitively retained and are non-refundable, either in whole or in part.
This provision also applies when the procedure cannot be completed, in particular due to an incomplete or incorrect file, the absence of a required supporting document, or any other circumstance attributable to the applicant.
Indeed, as soon as the file is opened, administrative work, checks, and research are undertaken by our services, generating costs that remain the responsibility of the administration.
By paying the service fees / consular fees and submitting their application, the applicant acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these provisions.
Consequently, no refund may be granted once the application has been submitted to the SNCA.

N.B. The fee to be paid corresponds to the sum of the fees applicable to each modification.
Calculation example: The fee for a vehicle modified with regard to its rims and suspension is €31.50 + €126.00, for a total of €157.50 payable.

Any combination of modifications must be supported by a technical report issued by an approved technical service.

- the plate number and the VIN number (châssis) of the vehicle concerned for the registration/approval of a vehicle
