A modernization project of premises is launched at the Esch-sur-Alzette site in order to meet the reception improvement needs of our customers. The works are planned between November 29, 2019 and January 13, 2020. These are planned to minimize disruptions.
In this objective, the Esch-sur-Alzette site will continue during the duration of the works to host activities related to driving licenses, vehicle approval, as well as operations relating to the registration of vehicles of "automotive professionals" customers.
The registration of new and used vehicles with or without an appointment from our private customers will be transferred temporarily and mainly to our site in Sandweiler.
In case of emergency, it is of course possible for our private customers to come to the Esch-sur-Alzette site, where our staff can take care of this urgent files. However, it is possible that this care will take longer than usual due to the reduced capacity due to the works.
