The SNCA will introduce the "Cashless" principle in 2019.

The SNCA will gradually introduce the "Cashless" principle at its various sites in 2019 and abolish cash payments for greater security.

This abolition of cash payments will be done gradually over a period of nine months to allow our customers to get used to it.

As a first step, cash payments will be abolished from April 1, 2019 on the Sandweiler site for all car and transport professionals and service providers. Only payments by credit card, digicash or purchase orders (customers eligible for invoicing) will be accepted for these customers.

After this first two-month test phase, the Esch/Alzette and Wilwerwiltz sites will also adopt the cashless principle for these professionals from 1 June 2019.

The cashless principle will subsequently be applied to other customers (private and business customers) before the end of 2019.

The SNCA would like to remind all customers that tax stamps can also be paid in advance by bank transfer to the Administration of Registration, Domains and VAT (http://www.aed.public.lu/timbres/).
